Kim Mosscrop, Esq.

Kimberly Mosscrop, Esq. is a senior associate attorney at Cona Elder Law.  Kimberly is a member of the Trust and Estates Department, concentrating her practice in the areas of estate planning, trust and estate administration, and elder law.  

As a member of the Estate Planning department, Kimberly handles the preparation of Wills, Trusts, Powers of Attorney, Health Care Proxies and Living Wills.  As part of the Estate Administration department, she is responsible for the preparation and filing of Surrogate’s Court petitions, including petitions for probate or administration, and assists clients with the day-to-day administration of estates, including the collection of assets, filing estate tax returns, distribution of assets and the preparation of accountings.  Kimberly also contributes to the Medicaid Department, handling asset protection and Medicaid eligibility planning, special needs and applications for Medicaid benefits.

Kimberly currently serves as the Second Vice President of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Foundation. Kimberly is an active member of the New York State Bar Association and its Elder Law and Trusts and Estate Sections. She is a member of both the Nassau County Bar Association and the Suffolk County Bar Association.  Kimberly is a member of the Nassau County Women’s Bar Association, where she served on the Board of Directors for the 2011-2013 term.  

Prior to joining the firm of Cona Elder Law, Kimberly was a partner in the eldercare firm Michael Anguilo & Associates, LLC. 

Kimberly received her undergraduate degree from the State University of New York at Albany and her Juris Doctor from Hofstra University School of Law.
