We invite you to sit down with Amy Schiller from the Gurwin Family of Healthcare Services to learn about the various options you have when accessing care for an aging loved one. From day programs, in-home care or residential care, Amy can help you learn about available options so you can plan ahead and make informed decisions.

Gurwin is a health system located in Commack that offers a full continuum of care – including long and short-term care, adult day care, home care, assisted living, and Fountaingate Gardens, our proposed independent living community. Gurwin helps seniors in the community receive the right care at the right time.

Amy Schiller will be available every Thursday in March (1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd, 29th) from 3:00 - 5:00PM to meet with you.
