Roseanne Beovich, Esq. is an associate attorney at Genser Dubow Genser & Cona. Ms. Beovich concentrates her practice in estate litigation, estate administration, appellate advocacy, guardianships and litigation in all courts throughout Long Island and the metro New York area. As a litigator, Ms. Beovich divides her time between the health care facility representation practice group and the estate litigation department. In addition to civil litigation and appellate advocacy, Ms. Beovich handles complex Medicaid cases, Fair Hearings, and other issues related to health care facility residents’ financial accounts.

Prior to joining GDGC, Ms. Beovich gained experience as a law clerk handling elder law, trust and estate matters and guardianship cases. She interned for Mental Hygiene Legal Services where she handled Article 81 guardianship proceedings and inpatient psychiatric hospital law issues. As a respite counselor at Family and Children’s Association, Ms. Beovich mentored children with emotional disabilities.

Ms. Beovich is certified by the Office of Court Administration to serve as Court Evaluator, Counsel for Alleged Incapacitated Persons and Guardian for Incapacitated Persons.

Ms. Beovich earned her Juris Doctor Degree from Hofstra University School of Law where she was on the Dean’s List. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree magna cum laude from Long Island University at C.W. Post. As an undergraduate, Ms. Beovich concentrated her studies in social work and psychology, which background has been invaluable to her skills as an attorney and advocate for the elderly, disabled and the health care facilities who provide care for this population.
