Fraudulent Asset Transfers
If you suspect assets were wrongfully transferred by a fiduciary either to himself/herself or to someone other than the named beneficiary, a claim for fraudulent conveyance of property could return the asset to the estate. We can help recover estate assets for proper distribution even in situations where the decedent made the transfers, but was fraudulently induced, under undue influence or lacked the necessary mental state at the time of the transfer.
