Caregiver Contracts
A caregiver child who provides full or part time care to a parent may be entitled to compensation for services rendered while protecting the parent's assets at the same time. With this contract, a caregiver child receives compensation from the parent for performing hands-on, health aide type services as well as supervising the parent's health care needs.
