David S. Genser, Esq. is the firm's senior partner for more than 20 years and a founding member of Genser Dubow Genser & Cona. Mr. Genser maintains his concentration in the firm's litigation department where he directs litigation on behalf of both individual and corporate clients.

Mr. Genser graduated from New York Law School in 1968 and has since built a reputation for providing superior advocacy on a foundation of uncompromising integrity. Prior to being admitted to the practice of law, he began working in insurance defense as a claims adjuster for Allstate Insurance Company and thereafter gained valuable experience on Wall Street in the Trust and Estate Department of The Bank of New York. Upon entering private practice under the firm name of Lee, Genser & Lee concentrating in criminal defense and personal injury litigation and trial work, Mr. Genser was associated with the Democratic Leader of the City of Long Beach leading to associations with the late Congressman Allard K. Mr. Genser's greatest successes have come outside the courtroom because although an experienced and aggressive litigator from which he draws tremendous energy and direction, he has especially honed his skills as a practical, level-headed and shrewd negotiator, driven to achieve the objectives of his client.

Mr. Genser earned his Juris Doctor degree from New York Law School in 1968 and his Bachelor of Arts degree from Hofstra University in 1964.
