Howard I. Dubow, Esq. is a founding partner of Genser Dubow Genser & Cona and maintains his concentration in its litigation and real estate departments on behalf of both individual and corporate clients. Mr. Dubow began his legal career as an associate attorney working for former New York State Assemblyman, Arthur J. Kremer, where he gained broad experience as a litigator while also concentrating in commercial and residential real estate.

Mr. Dubow is experienced in all facets of civil litigation and has successfully conducted trials in all counties of the City of New York, as well as Nassau and Suffolk counties. Acutely aware of the risks and costs associated with protracted litigation, Mr. Dubow has played a prominent role in the firm's continuing search for creative ways to resolve cases and boasts countless successes for our clients through alternative dispute resolution such as mediation and arbitration.

Mr. Dubow is a member of the Negligence Section of the New York State Bar Association, the Nassau County Bar Association, the New York State Trial Lawyers Association and the Brooklyn Law School Alumni.

Mr. Dubow earned his Juris Doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School in 1969 and his Bachelor of Science degree from Brooklyn College.
