Pooled Trusts and Supplemental Needs Trusts

Are you worried about the financial future of a disabled or elderly loved one?

We invite you to sit down with Paulette Elbers, Trust Administrator for Life's WORC Trust Services, so you can build a secure financial future for your loved one. Life's WORC services individuals with special needs and aging parents or family members.

A pooled or private supplemental needs trust from Life's WORC could offer added financial security to enable a person with disabilities relying on SSI, Social Security Income or services through Medicaid to lead a fulfilled life, without impacting the public benefits they currently receive.

A Life's WORC representative will be available every Thursday in February (1st, 8th, 15th, 22nd) to meet with you.

Appointments for Susan C. Snowe Caregiver Resource Center free consultations must be made in advance. To reserve a spot, please call Janet Russell at 631.390.5000 or email Janet@conalaw.com.
