Cona Elder Law’s Charitable Program Improves Lives of Three Local Senior Citizens

Melville, NY, December 4, 2018.  As part of Senior Dreams Come True, an ongoing charitable program founded by Cona Elder Law in 2010, notable contributions were recently made to the lives of three local senior citizens. Through Senior Dreams Come True, the firm annually grants the wishes of limited income senior citizens by fundraising efforts and by securing goods and services of Long Island businesses and professionals.

Cona Elder Law is pleased to announce that Gertrude Howard, Carol Boccio and Elisa Schwartz were selected as this year’s wish recipients. Howard received a full excavation and reapplication of blacktop to her driveway, while Boccio, of Coram, received an air conditioner for her apartment and Schwartz, of Oakland Gardens, Queens, received a table and chairs set. Howard, Boccio and Schwartz were nominated by their acquaintances as wish recipients in applications that included descriptions of their contributions to society.
