In addition to providing the financial records to the Department of Social Services, you will also have to provide many personal documents such as birth certificates, naturalization papers, marriage certificates, military documentation and others. These can sometimes be very difficult to get.
Once the application is submitted to the Department of Social Services, they will respond with something called a request for information. They will want to know more about what we’ve given them and they will have questions. It’s our job to respond to those questions in a very short period of time.
Every case is different. We’ll come up with a game plan from the beginning, but we will be with you every step of the way to help you through the process.
