Meet with Nesconset Center at Cona Elder Law

Kathleen DiPietro, Director of Community Services at Nesconset Day Health Services, will be providing free consultations on Adult Day Care at Cona Elder Law's Susan C. Snowe Caregiver Resource Center in October.

Nesconset's Adult Day Health Services program provides special care and socialization to older people who are living at home, while also giving relief to their caregivers.

Some program services include:

  • Social Services
  • Cognitive Therapy
  • Nutritional Services
  • Pharmacy Services

 

Kathleen will be available every Thursday in October (5th, 12th, 19th, 26th) from 3:00-5:00pm.
