Tuesdays from 3:00 PM - 5:30 PM


The Susan C. Snowe Caregiver Resource Center provides a clearinghouse for information on nearly all issues faced by seniors and caregivers.  The center is open to the public and allows community members to browse for information in a confidential setting.    

Located in our office suite at 225 Broadhollow Road, Suite 200 in Melville, the Center is open to the public every Tuesday from 3:00 pm to 5:30 pm.

During those hours, a Cona Elder Law Elder Law attorney is on-hand in the Center to provide general advice, guidance and assistance - for free. Due to the popularity of this program, you must now reserve your time slot by calling 631.390.5000.

Appointments must be made in advance.

Snowe Caregiver Resource Center, we have created an information center that is accessible to everyone.

About Susan C. Snowe

Susan C. Snowe dedicated her life and career to connecting people and families with community resources.  Susan was a social worker for more than 40 years.  For 32 years, she worked with disabled children and their families at AHRC.  Upon her retirement, Susan worked as a social work consultant offering services to the elderly.  Susan helped countless disabled children and families and seniors and caregivers as an advocate and liaison to connect people with available resources.  It is in Susan's memory that we at Cona Elder Law strive to serve our clients as well as she served hers.
